Potato Cheese Balls
Well !!!! Who doesn't like Potato cheese balls. The crunchy outer texture and the gooey inside from the cheese makes it a most sought starter to many parties. Its easy to make, it tastes delicious and wait!!! Its kids friendly too. " It is a Package" I would say.

Its less spicy, and the idea of incorporating Cheese into an Indian cuisine which is filled with Indian spices is just extremely good.
The moment you feel the crunchiness from the outer layer, the softness of potato seeps in, and the very moment the gooeyness of the cheese covers up your tongue. Cheese burst I would say.
Ingredients
Potato 3 Boiled, peeled and mashed
Paneer grated 5 tablespoon
Cornflour 2 tablespoon
Coriander leaves Chopped
Salt as needed
Chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon
Garam masala powder 1/4 teaspoon
Mozzarella Cheese Cut into small cubes
All purpose flour 2 tablespoon
Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
Oil for frying
How to start?
In a bowl mix potato, paneer, salt, chilli powder, garam masala, coriander leaves and cornflour together. The dough should not be soggy. Add extra corn flour in that case. Make small balls from this mixture. Flatten the ball and keep a cube of mozzarella in the centre.
Now bring the ball together and shape it without any cracks. Make sure you do not press it too hard. Shape all the balls in the same manner.
In another bowl mix all purpose flour and water. Make it into a thin paste. Dip the balls in the flour paste and then roll them in the bread crumbs. Heat oil in a kadai. Deep fry till golden brown. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
