Butter 1/4 cup (room temperature)
Salt 1 teaspoon
All purpose flour 3 cups
Garlic Minced 2 tablespoon
Butter 2 tablespoon

How to Start?
Whisk the warm milk, yeast, and 1 Tablespoon of sugar together in a bowl. Cover it with a lid and let it rest for 5 minutes.
In another bowl, add the remaining sugar, egg, butter, salt, and the flour. Mix well, add the yeast and milk mixture to it, and knead the dough smooth.
Place the dough in the bowl, covering it with a damp cloth and allow it to rest for 2 hours. Keep it in a warm place.
After 2 hours , When the dough is ready, punch it down to release the air. Divide the dough into equal pieces. Shape each piece into a smooth ball. Grease the baking pan and arrange the balls on it. Cover it again and allow it to rest for one hour.
Meanwhile, lets get the topping ready. Melt the butter and add the minced garlic to it. Grate the cheddar cheese and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Apply the topping using a brush and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes covering it with aluminum foil and uncovered for another 5 minutes on lower rack until you see the golden brown on top. Remove from the oven, brush with butter topping, and allow rolls to cool for a few minutes before serving
