Cheesy Noodles Open Sandwich

Looking for some quick fix yet a different breakie for the morning, then hop on to the recipe as this is cheesy, garlicky and yeah kind of tastes like a miniature pizza to be precise. What not, kids will love it for sure




Ingredients


Instant Maggi or Top Ramen Noodles 1 packet

Onion 1 thinly sliced

Garlic 2 teaspoon minced

Noodles Masala 1 packet

Oil 2 teaspoon

Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon

Cheddar or Mozarella cheese 4 tablespoon grated

Bread 4 slices

Salt as needed


How to start?


Boil 2 cups of water in a kadai. Add Noodles and cook al dente ( cooked to perfection, probably 80 percent). Drain the noodles, add a teaspoon of oil and toss it. Set aside.


Heat oil in a kadai, Add garlic and onions, fry well until the garlic changes its color. Add noodles masala, give it a quick mix.


Now add the cooked noodles, carefully coat the masala to the noodles. Switch off the flame.


Take a bread slice, top it up with noodles and add a tablespoon of grated cheese.


Heat a tawa place the bread slice on it, and simmer the stove. Cover it with a lid. Let the bread get toasted well. Once done add Italian seasoning for extra flavor.


This open sandwich tastes the best when served hot.
